1. Personal data connected to marketing activities, newsletters, offers or other mail communications from us.

1.1 Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

Our headquarters AB GW Greiff & Co (Org. no 556056-2000), Mariehällsvägen 37A, 16865 Bromma, is responsible
for the personal data we process about you.

1.2 What personal data do we process about you?

We process your name, email, workplace and other contact information. These personal data have been collected from you in connection with (i) becoming your customer (if you are a customer), (ii) you come into contact with us otherwise, or (iii) you have expressed the wish to receive invitations / newsletter from us.

1.3 Why do we process your personal information?

We process your personal data to communicate with and send marketing activities to you. This communication consists of newsletters, information about Greiff’s and our products, competitions and invitations to events and fairs.
We send this information based on our interest in maintaining a business relationship with you and communicating with you in your professional capacity regarding information and events that we believe are in your interest.
If you have given your consent to our processing of personal data, we will process your personal data for the above purposes and to send marketing communications based on your consent

1.4 Who has access to your personal information?

Your personal information will be processed by Greiff & Co only and will not be passed on or sold to third parties.

1.5 How long do we process and store your personal information?

If you have given your consent, we will process your personal information until you withdraw your consent. You can easily withdraw your consent by clicking the link and unsubscribe from our electronic communications.
If you have not agreed but if we have a business relationship with you or your employer, we will process your information for fifteen (15) months.
If you choose to actively unsubscribe from our communications, we will immediately unsubscribe your personal information for our marketing.

2. Personal data processed in connection with an application for employment

2.1 Who is responsible for processing your personal information?

Our headquarter is responsible for the recruitment process and processing of personal data that are related to you as jobseekers.

2.2 What personal data do we treat about you?

We process the personal information you provide to us in your application. Such information includes the name, social security number, address, telephone number, e-mail address, picture (if any), education, qualification, job certificate, professional experience and other information you provide about yourself in your application. For some candidate categories we perform tests. In these situations, we provide information about the processing of such personal data before the test begins and ask for your consent to the processing.

2.3 Why do we process your personal information

We base our treatment on three legal bases, namely (i) fulfilling our obligations and exercising our rights on the employment side, (ii) an interest balance (we have balanced our interest in using the information against your interest in integrity), and (iii) consent.

2.3.1 For the following purposes we treat personal data to fulfill our obligations and exercise our / your rights under the Employment laws:

• If we were to be subject to complaints under the Swedish Discrimination Act, we treat your personal data to exercise and protect our legal rights.

2.3.2 For the following purposes we treat personal data based on interest rate balances:

• Assessing and considering different candidates based on experience, qualifications and skills academic achievement.
• Managing invitations and bookings for interviews.
• Collecting and reviewing your resume, personal letter and diploma.

We estimate that we have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data with
due regard to enable Greiff’s to recruit new employees to our company.

2.3.3 For the following purposes, we treat your personal information on the basis of consent:

• To perform recruitment tests that are part of the recruitment process.
• To save your information in a database for candidates for future employment that suits you.

The provision of your personal information is not a statutory or contractual requirement.
You are not required to provide personal information. If you do not submit your personal
information to us, we are unable to fulfill our commitments to you and perform the
recruitment process.

2.4 Who has access to your personal information

Your personal information will be shared with the recruitment company we use but we will not pass them on to third parties.

2.5 How long do we process and store your personal information

To the extent that our processing is based on an interest rate balance, we generally do not process your personal data after the recruitment process is over.

We need to process your personal data after participating in a recruitment process to protect our rights under the Swedish Discrimination Act. We therefore save the information in the application documents for two (2) years after the application is over.

If you agree to the continued processing of your personal data for future recruitment opportunities, we will process your information for this purpose until you revoke your consent or the term expires.

3. Personal data related to employees and suppliers of our suppliers

3.1 Who is responsible for processing your personal information?

3.2 Why do we process your personal information?

3.2.1 For you who is an employee or employee of a partner

Your personal information as employee or employee of a partner to us is treated in accordance with the agreement with the partner for invoice and payment management, deliveries, to enable communication between the parties and other administration as required by the contractual relationship. We process your personal information based on an balance of interest. 3.3 Who has access to your personal information

3.3.1 We share your personal information with:

3.3.2 Your personal information is shared with parties handling personal information on our behalf, so-called processors. We share your personal information with:

• IT and system providers providing development and support for our systems and cloud services.

3.3.3 Your personal information can be shared with the following parties who are themselves responsible for processing your personal data:

• Authorities, if such information is statutory.
• Bankers and collectors.

3.4 How long do we process and store your personal information?

Personal data we process to comply with our agreement with you / the partner with whom you are an employee or contractor is, in principle, processed during the time it is necessary for us to administer the contractual relationship, exercise our rights and fulfill our obligations towards you / the partner to who you are employed or entrepreneur at. If your employment or contract is terminated with the partner or in relation to us, we cease to process your personal information as soon as we have received such information from the supplier.

Any information about payment where processing is required under the Swedish Accounting Act is processed for seven (7) years in accordance with the Swedish Accounting Act.

Inactive agreements containing your personal data are stored for ten (10) years due to the limitation period under the Swedish statute of limitation.

4. Your rights

Below is a description of the rights you have regarding our processing of your personal information. You are welcome to contact us to exercise your rights (see contact information below).

4.1 Right to withdraw your consent and object to the processing

You may at any time withdraw the consent you have given us, either in whole or in part, with effect from the day of the withdrawal.

You may object to our processing of your personal data for marketing purposes. We will then stop processing your personal information. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of balance of interest.

4.2 Right of access

You may, at any time, request that your data be deleted, for example, if the processing is no longer relevant to the purpose for which the information was collected or if you object to the processing based on our legitimate interests (marketing).

You may also request that certain processing of your personal data be limited, for example, if you protest against the accuracy of the data.

4.5 Data transfer right

If you have given your consent to the processing or if the legal basis for processing is to fulfill an agreement with you, you have the right to obtain the personal information you have provided us in a structured, plain and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer such to another party, or get our assistance in transferring data to another controller when technically possible.

4.6 Right to object

If you have any complaints about our processing of your personal data, you have the right to send a complaint to the Swedish Data Protection Authority (www.datainspektionen.se).
